1. Wagatails accepts no responsibility for any injury (to owner or dog) or loss due to escape

2. Appointments are non-refundable and can not be swapped for any other time

3. The owner is responsible for ensuring the perimeter of the enclosure is sufficiently secure for their dog (s) before letting them off the lead. Wagatails accepts no responsibility for escaped dogs

4. The owner is responsible for cleaning up and disposing of dog mess in identified bins - any owner identified as not picking up mess will be asked not to return

5. Children must be supervised at all times

6. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times whilst outside of fenced walking area

7. Dogs must be fully vaccinated and free from any contagious illness

8. Only enter the field when it is free. Please remain in car until it is

9. Please be timely and ensure you have left the field on time
